Problem: Client hired another contractor to remove wall to create open layout, however contractor did not install beam to support load of the wall therefore clients ceiling was problematic for cracking.

Solution: Lamden demo'd ceiling, installed beam and finished wall for homeowner to paint. Also, removed the light fixtures from over the bar and Installed additional recessed lights
